Jamilah Hud-Kirk
As a wife, mother, and transformational school leader with a passion for equity and access in schools, I love helping my fellow women school leaders reach their leadership aspirations and become their best selves, both in and out of the classroom.
I currently serve as the Executive Director of Elementary Academics in one of the largest urban school districts in the Metro Atlanta area. With nearly 30 years of experience in education, including roles as a teacher, principal, and district-level leader, I’ve come to understand that authenticity is essential for leaders to lead with balance while fostering healthy, high-performing school communities. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to developing culturally responsive and innovative instructional practices that enhance teaching and drive student achievement. As an author and leadership coach, my work continues to center on empowering educators, especially women of color, to lead with purpose, wellness, and impact.
Coaching a dynamic community of women in realizing and leveraging their experiences allows them to express their journeys and find harmony between their professional and personal lives. They can hone their great skills and share them with like-minded professionals in a safe, honest, and inclusive environment.

Complimentary Discovery Call
These sessions are similar to brief interviews, but way more fun. We will spend approximately 30 minutes just getting to know each other, exploring your aspirations, and identifying your goals.

Agreement and Invoice
If we mutually agree that we would be a great fit for each other and PCK Consulting would be the best solution for you, I will send over an agreement outlining the services that will best meet your needs.

Begin the PCK Experience
Once the agreement is signed and the invoice is paid, the PCK Consulting Experience commences.
